From the early 2000s, is a very rare version of Final Homes zipper waist denim. Launched by Kosuke Tsumura in the 90’s, Final Home served as one of the first ever tech-wear multi function brands that produced designs with the idea of “survival” features in the garments. Tsumura maintained a fascination with equipping his products with either as many pockets as possible for insulation or a dual function, that may allow the user to rely on it for other reasons such as a bag or harness. These jeans have a taste of the outside of the box thinking with a huge zipper access pouch wrapping under the waist line. Holds not just a few zippers but 8 total allowing for different openings and looks. Nice attention to detail as they included ball chain pull tabs, circled tabs and others for the zippers. They hang nicely along the waist and allow the user to dictate how the pants are used. A really flattering dark red Bordeaux color way for these, other pairs produced in blue wash or dark black. These are a hard color to find and size as they fit a 34”+waist. In great overall condition just some slight heel drag.
