Done in a navy stripe silhoutte , it holds similarities to the original version produced along the Worlds End line in 1983. Features two front circle pockets and a full length gimp zipper to achieve face covering. Instead of the sleeves being squared, it’s the cuffs, making for more of a bat winged look. Layered mesh longsleeve shirt

From one of Undercovers first collections in autumn winter of 1996, is a special release quarter button up cotton henley style shirt which was produced in a black, cream, and blue such as this one. The shirt features long 3/4 sleeves with a 2nd jersey knit mesh sleeve sewn layered under. It’s done with a simple overlock hem and has a slight crop making for a very complementing fit. It’s very old so has some minor stains and distressing but still holds up nicely. This season carried a lot of other staple classics from the brand including the infamous barb wired fleece and sweater. Shirt is a size large and fits true.

From spring summer collection 1998 of General Research is a rare rendition of their Jesus walks with the cross and scythe graphic. The white print falls pit to pit across the shirt featuring Jesus carrying a cross on the front and scythe on the back, collection title printed on top back as well. Done on a really nice piled purple cotton giving it a textured hand. Great condition overall, all og tags in tact including an oneita.

From recent collection Undercoverism is another hybrid pair we’re happy to have got hands on, an all dark wash denim front with dark/light grey sweatshirt hybrid paneling on the back legs. Front features darker indigo wash with seam on left leg and drawstring for adjustment. This is a spin off pair of the original hybrid series with improvements made such as waist adjustment and sizing; very cool to see the changes after the 20 years since production. From Autumn Winter Undercover 2006 is a pair of boot cut dark wash insect jeans. Coined the name “bug denim” they have various embroidered flies, ants, and spiders throughout the front legs of the pant in addition to different green and silver re patching. The waistband and pockets also bring the bug theme with a dark grey cob web like yarn that adorns the sides. slightly pulled and distressed overtime. Patti smith signature bolt on left leg. This pair really drove home Jun Takahashis guru guru collection, not featured on runway but adhering to many of the values ‘But Beautiful’ meant to Jun as well, Giving pieces like this a sense of repurpose and a different perspective of beauty leaving them to be interpreted however. In great condition overall condition, tagged a size 3, coming from the mens collection.

From Vivienne Westwoods red label is a unisex jersey with the number 69 printed in red across the front. Inside the numbers are designs of people performing sexual acts. True genius from Vivienne’s label, the jersey is in great condition and is tagged 00 so free size, can fit up to a mens medium. Cotton/mesh construction with a cropped look and long sleeves.

From 2000’s KVA is a slim cut t-shirt design with slogan graphic printed in black across the front reading “fuck you all”. Done in a maroon washed cotton. Shirt features a small pocket on the left sleeve as well as purposeful collar rip at the neck. Tagged size small.

From Final Home, dystopian fashion label by Kosuke Tsumara, is an all white translucent lined survivor jacket with all 30 pockets. Features a white semi see through nylon outer and soft cream poly lining. This iteration is harder to find than others especially in good condition. This piece has similar renditions that were featured in the Moma in early 2000’s. A capsule of all white see through Jackets which were stuffed and layered with various colors to show the survival packing purpose of the jacket. All parts of the jacket can unzip to reveal a pocket, no holes or serious stains. It’s tagged a size medium and fits large.

From Autumns Winter 2004 Number (N)ine collection “Give Piece a Chance” is a historical pattern/design by Takahiro Miyashita. In a tribal camo, it’s an all over print that covers the whole bodice of most of the pieces seen in runway. It’s a darker camo curved line pattern in various shades of brown, the design that overlays almost makes a heart shape which goes along with another theme of Takahiros’. Shirt features two breast pockets, and an extension of the length. Great overall condition for twenty years , no holes or stains. Tagged a size 2 so fits more of a medium. Definitely a slender cut piece intended for runway.

A pink flannel shirt from the AW 2011 collection which features a front closure system inspired by that of a leather Riding jacket. From Junya Watanabe Comme des garçons, is a very limited edition poem sweatshirt from the Junya Man line in 2017. This sweatshirt is in all black heavy weight cotton with a silver zip up. It’s an oversized fit and features an all over shiny black poem print. Very unique piece brought 15 years after the original poem collection, as zip up sweatshirts never saw production with the poem theme. The way the print was done with the black on black suits the silhouette a lot and is really exciting that it follows to the back as well. It’s tagged a size small but is more of a large

From very early Tricot line of Comme des Garçons is an all black rayon poly blend longsleeve with wool laine cut sew front. The blend offers a really delicate wear with being slightly see through. Wool paneling on front appears like a mohair due to thin weave, really soft and comfortable. Slight marks throughout but has held up great over years. Free size fits unisex, small-medium

Mid to late 90s vintage leather jacket with detachable hood from Kansai Yamamoto O2 label. Some of Yamamotos early work displayed an aesthetic of "wild maximalism". Studying under ateliers Junko Koshino & Hisashi Hosno, Yamamoto would eventually go on to make costumes for David Bowies most notable Ziggy Stardust tour and much more. This bomber has a few variations, this being one of the rarer iterations of the collab. Beautiful soft leather still in good condition, back panel puff print still in tact. Four functional zip pockets & one inside pocket for storage. Dark navy cuffs all around. Reads “Kansai Man” in big bold letters on the back. Very happy to have gotten hands on this one

From BlackMeans Japan is an all wool orange, grey and black striped sweater in a muslin design. Blackmeans launched in 2008, shares a heavy core of early punk rock and Japanese motorcycle culture. A long range of their pieces bring a sense of youthful originality and dependable Japanese design. This sweater features a button up at the chest as well as brass button attachment feature overlaying the shoulders. Hardware along the sleeves allowing to be rolled up and hung, sewn inside out with a overlock hem and widened sleeves. Tagged a size 2 , fits med-large

From early Comme des Garçons, is a staple historical design from the brand. Just 7 years after their debut show in Paris, Rei Kawakubo declared “Red is Black”, a continuation and deeper dive into her theme of all black silhouettes such as this one, incorporating red silhouettes to express her meaning of black, as people/critics perceived the brand as an all black garment label with a rebellious streak. This coined the popular expression “the crows” for her and Yohji at the start of both their careers. This piece is unique as it was a design built off of by other brands for years to come, this split elbow longsleeve isn’t just a simple opening but an overlay extension of the sleeve that can be pulled back over the elbow. Really exciting top from the season to own, as other designs of the red, black, and white silhouettes from runway can be seen with slits and openings.
